My name is Audrey J. Hutton. I am a full time Realtor here in Hawaii. I was introduced to Nouveau Riche by a friend of mine. I was skeptical at first but as I researched and began to ask questions and more questions I saw an opportunity that no one yet have provided anyone till now!

What inspired me about Nouveau Riche was that even the most novice real estate investor can learn the tools in becoming successful. They have developed a plan based on the “Rich Dad Poor Dad” concept from the book. You have four quadrants “e” for employed, “s” for self employed, “b” for business and “i” for income. The employed trades time for money. The self employed person trades time for money and hours in their work. The business side provides you with that massive income which then leads to passive income so you don’t have to work so hard.

Nouveau Rich provides events that helps educate yourself and train those who you have referred to this organization. These events are the Intensives which is a real estate based event. During this event they provide you with a sampling of one of the classes. This is not the full class but it highlights the basic information. However, to get all the information you need to attend the university or do the home study program.

At the Regional Training or Super Saturdays they are business events which teach you how to work the business side of Nouveau Riche. This business side allows you to make the income to go to college or begin to invest in property.

Nouveau Riche has begun to take normal people who have been working 2-3 jobs and create an opportunity for them to fire their boss! I have met many students who are on the road from going no where to being a successfully financially. It is amazing to see the community here in Hawaii at work. Everyone wants to support each other whether it is in training a person on how to refer people to the university to doing deals even here in Hawaii where property values are high and we are not able to get positive cash flow properties here.
